Attempting to reset my Apple ID password using the “Manage My Apple ID” webpage. I select the option to answer my security questions – enter my D.O.B and the answers to the questions and receive an error stating “An Unknown Error Has Occurred”.
This happens on any computer and from any network and has been happening for over a month now. I also have a friend with the same issue. We are unable to reset our Apple ID passwords using this method. Is this a known issue?
